Cannettata suspension lamp, designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini for de Majo, turns 10. A path of success, which led to the establishment of a design icon in the lighting business.
Impeccably designed and built, Cannettata is composed of one big piece of glass featuring a toroidal shape, made with a carefully crafted mould, which also imprints vertical cane-like decoration along the piece. Thanks to a sanded upper part, when Cannettata is lit, its shapes allow light to travel through the glass piece, obtaining an almost glowing effect.
