ROSI OPENS ON 1 OCTOBER AT THE BEAUMONT MAYFAIR, LONDON
A New Modern British Restaurant from Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen.
On 1 October, The Beaumont Mayfair will unveil Rosi, an exciting new chapter in the hotel’s culinary story, led by acclaimed chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen, who has been newly appointed as Culinary Director.
Continuing in the contemporary and vibrant new direction The Beaumont has taken since CEO Stuart Procter joined the Mayfair hotel, Rosi will offer a spirited interpretation of Modern British dining, rooted in seasonality and British provenance, yet brought to life through Lisa’s signature style of imaginative and technically assured cooking.

Rosi’s design will move away from the somewhat masculine, clubby feel of The Colony Grill (the current restaurant at The Beaumont Mayfair) towards a bright and characterful interior using a vibrant colour palette and tactile materials designed to put all guests entirely at ease. As one of the UK’s most celebrated chefs and part of a very select group of female Michelin-starred chefs, Lisa has helped hold a Michelin star at Northcote for over two decades. Her distinctive culinary voice is defined by skilled technique, bold flavours and creative confidence. Lisa is also the driving force behind Obsession, one of the UK’s most prestigious gastronomic festivals.
Lisa will work alongside Executive Chef Brendan Fyldes, and recently appointed Executive Head Chef Jozef Rogulski, who led the kitchen of The Game Bird at The Stafford London for eight years. The concept and team have been brought together by The Beaumont’s CEO, Stuart Procter, as part of his ongoing transformation of the hotel.
At Rosi, Lisa will reimagine culinary classics with a playful, creative flair. The result is a menu brimming with wit, warmth, and a touch of tableside theatre. To start, guests can enjoy nostalgic snacks such as Chipolata Sausages and crisp Crudités, or opt for a more elevated beginning with King’s Beluga Caviar or Rock Oysters. Starters continue the retro theme with dishes like Dry aged beef tartare, Seafood cocktail and Gin-cured melon.
For the main event, Lisa offers whimsical twists on hearty favourites, including Corn-Fed Chicken Diane, Hash Brown, John Dory Fish Fingers and Chicken Kyiv – each a playful nod to the past, reimagined for today. Seasonal signature pies are designed to be showstoppers, joined by Old-Fashioned Pork Pie that pays homage to traditional British favourites. Steaks are impeccably sourced, featuring standout cuts of English Wagyu, Lake District beef and heritage Hereford herds, all chosen for their exceptional flavour and provenance.
Desserts will bring a touch of theatre, from Flamed seasonal sponge with custard to build your own Rosi sundae. The Mayfair Millionaire Tart is Lisa’s take on a loved dish with a knowing nod to the affluence of the restaurant’s Mayfair location.
Reflecting both the restaurant name* and its female chef, Rosi’s design will move away from the somewhat masculine, clubby feel of The Colony Grill (the current restaurant at The Beaumont Mayfair) towards a bright and characterful interior using a vibrant colour palette and tactile materials designed to put all guests entirely at ease.
“Rosi represents everything we love about British dining; seasonal ingredients, timeless dishes and genuine warmth.” says Stuart Procter. “With Lisa at the helm and Brendan and Jozef by her side, we’re bringing a new energy to The Beaumont and reimagining what dining in Mayfair can feel like.”
Lisa Goodwin-Allen adds, “I can’t wait to open the doors to Rosi, it’s been a joy working with Stuart, Brendan and Jozef to help create my London home. Rosi is a restaurant where the menu is full of dishes you really want to eat, and the atmosphere is just as inviting. I hope Rosi will be embraced by Londoners, just as I have been.”
Rosi at The Beaumont Mayfair opens 1 October 2025.

About The Beaumont Mayfair
The Beaumont Mayfair pulls off a rare feat, that of being an art deco modernist hotel with a boutique attitude, brimming with the vibrant charm of its central London neighbourhood. Contemporary chic defines the mood but never at the expense of warmth and genuine comfort. The sense of cool here is effortless, bold, beautiful, seductive, decadent and risqué.
It inspires the devotion of maverick cavaliers (such as Antony Gormley) and traditionalists (as seen in The Roosevelt Suite). Luxe minimalism is a key feel as one airy space flows into another, with every element devoted to putting people at their ease. Elegant interiors, iconic furniture, wool and leather furnishings, changing artworks and a state-of-the-art Spa and Gym that redefines the genre all make The Beaumont Mayfair a new type of urban destination, for those who dare. The perfect balance of beauty, decadence and discretion, The Beaumont Mayfair is tailored for individuality, wrapped up in an untamed spirit of adventure – a work of art that challenges and stretches the imagination.
