Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel to Merge with AccorHotels
FRHI Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resort and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, will soon join the AccorHotels group. AccorHotels is a global leader in the travel industry with a diverse portfolio located in 94 countries, with over 3,800 properties and 20 recognized luxury, midscale and economy brands including Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, and Novotel.
Until the transaction closes, expected in mid-2016, FRHI and AccorHotels will continue to operate as separate companies and manage their business affairs as usual.
